Inchtober!

 Inchtober or the ABC of me

This task is combining inchtober, which is 1x1 inch drawings each day with the ABC of me task. The important things I am considering with these designs are:

- It says something about me, my illustration interests. I am keen to work in educational material specifically related to nature and animals.

- Must be 1x1 inch final versions

- Must be black and white, for now

- Must include the letter in more than 1 way!

I have decided to follow my interest of drawing birds and field guides so I have based the project around that. I will do all 26 letters and then at the end compile them into one sheet, I may touch them up digitally if needed, or try adding colours later on!

I currently don't intend to finish the alphabet, but I may come back to it at a later date.

I like the outcome but I feel I would need to redraw them if I was going to apply them to anything, as they don't look too neat. This was more of a scale exercise for me, seeing how small I can work. There is potential to do a full alphabet, but I currently have enough projects to work on. I prefer the outcomes which have more solid black to contrast, I would probably neaten this up digitally if I was going to use them as drop caps or stamps.
